Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration:

  • Frames and Lenses: Covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
  • Accessories: Covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the original purchase date.

Coverage Details:

Lenses and frames are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Accessories are covered for ninety days from the purchase date.


This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse such as chewing, pets, sports activities, improper handling, negligence, extreme conditions, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, loss, or theft. Defects must be reported within fourteen (14) business days of identification.

Claim Submission:

File a claim by contacting customer service at support@tempokidseyewear.com with a description of the issue, visual proof, and proof of purchase.


Valid claims will result in product replacement with the same or similar model, subject to availability.


This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Global Validity:

The warranty is valid for customers worldwide, contingent upon proof of purchase and adherence to the claim procedure.

Customer Obligations:

Customers must follow care guidelines including regular cleaning with a soft cloth, proper handling, and storage, and regular optician visits for maintenance.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes are to be resolved through customer service mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Policy Modifications:

Any changes to the warranty terms will be posted on our website and communicated via email.
